Position:              Home and Community Care Nurse                           Term:    Permanent Full-Time    

Division:              Health                                                                                  Salary:  RPN $24.50 – $29.86/hour –Based on experience

                                                                                                                                                RN $34.00 – $43.00/hour –Based on experience

Hours:                  35 hours/week, 8:30a.m. – 4:30p.m., Monday – Friday


Posting Date: September 20, 2022                                                          Closing Date: October 3, 2022 at 4:30p.m.





  1. A Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Nursing (BScN); OR
  2. College Diploma in Registered Practical Nursing (RPN);
  3. Current member of College of Nurses of Ontario;
  4. A minimum of two (2) years employment experience in nursing, including in a primary care OR community setting;
  5. Previous experience working with the child/youth, adults, elderly, and disabled, an asset.



  1. The successful candidate must submit a current VS-CPIC, at own expense, prior to starting employment;
  2. The successful candidate must submit a copy of current membership, in good standing, with the College of Nurses of Ontario, prior to starting employment;
  3. The successful candidate must submit a copy of applicable educational qualifications (certificates, diplomas, degrees, etc.), prior to starting employment.
