The Aging At Home Program provides safe and effective support to Oneida seniors age 55+. The Aging at Home Program allows seniors to live independently in their own homes and community. The Coordinator provides support with visitation to our vulnerable and/or home bound seniors and acts as a liaison for seniors with outside service agencies. The Coordinator also assists with power of attorney paperwork, wills, and forms. Other supports include: minor home repairs, grass cutting, snow removal, access to traditional healer(s), medication pickup, and escorting seniors for appointments as needed.
